Graduated from the National University of Singapore, Stephanie has 7 years of professional experience in construction industry and more than 15 years of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety experience as an auditor, consultant and trainer. She specialises in integrated management systems and Behaviour Based Safety.

Prior to joining EQS Asia, Stephanie worked as the QMS Manager / EMS Manager for a main contractor. She also served as the management representative. Her hands-on construction experience includes construction project management for both conventional and design & build projects for institutional, public residential, private residential and industrial sectors.

Currently, she is the Principal Consultant of EQS Asia Pte Ltd. She has been advising many organizations in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei and China to implement management system consultancy such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

She has been conducting many accredited courses. She is an approved trainer of lead auditor courses accredited by Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA), International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA). She has trained a few hundreds of lead auditors in QMS, EMS and OHSMS. Many of her trainees are now active lead auditors in certification bodies and management system consultants in the region. She is a MOM approved trainer and ACTA qualified trainer conducting many environmental, health and safety training.

In the auditing field, she is a technical expert for EMS accreditation of a certification bodies on behalf of Raad Voor Accreditatie (Dutch Board for Accreditation), a renowned international accreditation body. She was also an external lead auditor for a couple of leading international certification bodies including BSI, URS and Certification International. Her audit experience covers industries in chemical, electronics, construction, engineering, IT, financial, healthcare and education institutions etc.

She is an accredited Safety Auditor for the Safe Handling of Hazardous Substance Audit Schemes by National Environment Agency. As a MOM Approved Risk Consultant, she has been advising many organisations to establish and improve their risk management.

She is a also certified behavioural-based safety consultant by Behavioural Science Technology, a world leader in behavioural Safety. From 2000 to 2007, she assisted many clients to implement behaviour-based safety successfully. She is a MOM Approved CultureSAFE Consultant that assists company to build progressive workplace safety and health culture.

From 1997 to 2000, she was nominated by PSB, the National Standard Body, as an Expert and Trainer representing Singapore for the APEC HRD-International Quality Assurance System Workshops organised by APEC Subcommittee on Standards and Conformance (SCSC) and Human Resources Development- Business Development Network. As an expert and trainer, she delivered training and workshops in a number of APEC economies.
